Old, neglected, unhygienic with loud nearby church bells from early morning even with windows closed Positive: • Location: The general area is quite good and convenient, although the constant noise from the nearby church bells (ringing every 15 minutes) significantly reduced the enjoyment of it. • Agency communication: The management team responded quickly to my messages and sent maintenance staff to the property. • Attempts to fix issues: Managing agency apologized and made some effort to carry out repairs on-site, although they only managed to fix a part of the reported problems. Most issues remained unresolved until the end of my stay. Negative: • Deceptive description: Advertised as a "quiet apartment," but it's located next to a church with bells ringing loudly every 15 minutes, making rest impossible. • Misleading renovation claims: The listing claimed the building was recently renovated, but the apartment itself is very old, poorly maintained, and desperately needs a full renovation. • Maintenance issues: Leaking coffee machine (I had to place a plate under it), faulty kitchen lighting, and a broken bedroom window that wouldn't close properly (security risk). • Depressing views: Instead of a pleasant environment, the terrace offered a depressing view of a very neglected and messy garden opposite. • Poor hygiene & condition: Stained bedding, visible black mould on the bathroom ceiling, and rusted fixtures due to zero ventilation. • Lack of accessibility: No elevator in the building, forcing me to carry very heavy luggage up the stairs to the top floor, which was not clearly highlighted. • Unprofessional repairs: The shower was "fixed" using plastic food wrap/tape, which is unacceptable for the price paid. • Privacy disruption: Multiple maintenance visits were required to fix basic issues, which completely ruined my privacy and the relaxation I came for.

Wir würden die Wohnung empfehlen! Um die schöne Terrasse sind wir mehrfach beneidet worden. Positive: Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, fußläufig zu allen Seiten der Stadt. Dadurch das die Wohnungen durch das Treppenhaus getrennt sind gibt es praktisch keine Schallübertragung. Da wir gerne Filterkaffee trinken waren wir sehr erfreut das auch eine Filterkaffeemaschine dort zu finden. Genug Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine war sehr sauber und funktioniert gut. Negative: Geschirr, Besteck und Küchenhandtücher sind zu wenig. Das Badezimmer sollte auf Schimmel überprüft werden.

Positive: good position, right in the center, parking place is gold for that area. The kitchen is well equiped, and the washing mashine is a big plus. Very good for longer stays, like digital nomads Negative: bathroom window couldnt be opened (or we couldnt find how) and the humidity was little high
