Fantastic ocean view apartment Positive: Fantastic position to watch and listen to the Atlantic rollers coming in. Great view from lounge and balcony.Good location to stroll around the town. 5 minutes walk to the natural saltwater pool and you can walk into the Anaga hills from the apartment. Negative: The sofa was very uncomfortable and it was hard to view the TV which was high on the wall. Also incomplete code to gain access meant we had to ring the agents for instructions. You can't park very near the apartment and we had to drive around a bit to find a parking space although always found one within a 5 -10 minutes walk.

Positive: The apartment is at a nice spot in Punta del Hidalgo with a great view over the ocean and the waves. Everything is relatively new and the apartment was clean. Communication with the Rental company was easy. Negative: Thre whole apartment felt like it was designed for nice pictures rather than comfortable staying. Starting with the beds which are so hard and uncomfortable, we really thad several bad nights which take valuable energy away from you during your vacation. It’s equipped with all basic things but not more than that. For example there’s a very nice rooftop terrace that’s completely empty whereas the apartment could really use some nice chilling area for multiple people. Same goes for the kitchen and balcony. For the price you pay, it’s really not what you would expect. Also before the stay I got messaged twice on Whatsapp with a very well done phishing attack about this stay trying to get my credit card data. The fake page showed all your personal information from names, duration of the stay, phone etc. The company sent a message later about it that they have been targeted by an attack. They obviously compromised a lot of customer data but it did not give the feeling they took this very seriously.

Traumhafter Ausblick und erholsame Zeit Positive: Wundervolle Aussicht und tolle Einrichtung! Traumhafter Blick! Sehr guter Kontakt. Wir durften später auschecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und erholsam; dadurch ist es zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten immer weit zu fahren, ein Auto ist ein Muss. Negative: Mehr Geschirr und Besteck und etwas weichere Matratzen (wirklich sehr hart) wären gut. Bei der Dachterrasse wären Sonnenliegen wünschenswert. Im Wohnzimmer wäre am kleinen Fenster ein Vorhang gut, damit von der Straße nicht alles einsichtig ist.
