Positive: L’appartement est très bien placé. Le gros point positif est la vue pour le coucher de soleil. Il est bien équipé. Un bon échange avec les locataires Negative: Il me semble pas avoir été averti que la piscine n’était pas disponible pour cause de travaux. Ma canapé possède des grosses taches et devient moins confortable suite à l’usure des coussins. Les oreilles ont aussi des tâches. Pas d’info où trouver la salle de sport.

Relaxten Aufenthalt- schöne Aussicht Positive: Sehr gut gelegenes Apartment in einer ruhigen Gegend. Alles ok, bis auf Kleinigkeiten, wie fehlende Kochutensilien (Schneebesen, Schöpflöffel) Bei kaputten Teilen, wie dem Mülleimer, wurde versprochen diese auszutauschen. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert, auch im Schlafzimmer. Fenster im Schlafzimmer liess sich zum lüften öffnen, nur kippen über Nacht ging nicht (fehlender Mechanismus) Geruchsbildung im Bad, wurde durch tolle Duftstäbe gering gehalten (Vermieter kann zu den fehlenden Sifons in Dusche nix) wir haben immer die Badtür geöffnet und „Durchzug“ nach dem Duschen gemacht, das war für uns ok. Negative: Die Couch, sie war sehr durchgesessen, da sie leider auch als Schlafcouch dient und nicht NUR zum Sitzen. Das ist oft in Apartment so, obwohl NUR 2Personen sie mieten? Unverständlich für uns. Es wäre toll wenn es Bilder gäbe an den Wänden und Ablageflächen (es gibt nur einen Hängeschrank und ein Rollboard) bei 10Tage und wenn man kochen möcht, zu wenig Platz für Utensilien. Vorschlag: an Wand neben Höngeschrank noch Regal anbringen, so kann man Utensilien abstellen.

Positive: Die Wohnung als solches und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Negative: Das Sofa war schon ziemlich durchgesessen und müsste eigentlich ausgetauscht werden.

Positive: La literie est excellente ! Ce qui est plutôt rare sur des locations comme ça. Les oreillers étaient aussi vraiment bien. La vue ! Qu'on voit encore mieux de la terrasse qui est vraiment appréciable. Gestionnaire très réactif. Bien équipé, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le lieu semble récent. Les volets aux fenêtres. Negative: La propreté. Sans être rédibitoire, ce n'était pas parfait non plus : quelques cheveux qui traînent, de la graisse qui reste sur certains plats, la douche aurait mérité un coup d'éponge. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que prévu. Le ménage a peut être été fait à la va vite pour ne pas nous faire attendre trop longtemps.

Great location, attentive host, poor execution hower made our stay a mixed experience Positive: You receive a code that opens the apartment door - very simple, worked perfectly during our stay. Views are breathtaking as promised. Location is great with beach nearby and nice walking trails. Parking conveniently in front of the building. Host was available online and tried to be helpful, but dont expect any flexibility or generosity from them when they screw up... Negative: We booked the apartment for a family of 4 with small kids and the host knew we are going to arrive late. Yet the bed was only made for two. It might not be important for others, but for a family with small kids coming to spend a Christmas holiday it would have been nice to be able to just go to bed after a long flight. The host was reacting relatively quickly to our messages, so we found the spare duvets and sheets. The apartment was cleaned in a rush, so dirty cups, fingernail in the shower, dirt whenever you moved a furniture, towels wet on the dryer on the balcony, cigarette buds in the flower pot etc...but they offered to do a proper cleaning and after that it was fine. How nice it would have been if it waited for us like that. In the process of the extra cleaning they accidently unplugged the boiler so no hot water for that evening...again not intentional and without kids would not have been a tragedy, but it was very unpleasant surprise, during a Christmas holiday. We communicated our disappointment but other than sorries we received no compensations, they couldn't even offer a late checkout when asked...not even an extra hour... The door of the main building opens with a link. Although we are tech savy it was a pain to try and find the link all the time, as the link expired in your browser so you had to go back to the correspondence on the Booking.com app...A key would have made things much easier. The sofabed is really only comfortable for only one person as one half of it is either worn out or by design offers a poor sleeping experience being really very soft (so that you feel the springs in your ribs). The apartment is otherwise well equiped with modern furniture, the TV is especially huge with an additional sound system. Would have given a 10 if they showed more hospitality other than saying sorry...(they are clearly not from the business of hospitality or new to the business)
