Positive: Muy bien ubicado, súper céntrico, a una calle de la playa san Telmo, rodeado de calles con mucha restauración, tiendas, etc. camas cómodas, en general muy bien. Imprescindible la plaza de parking porque no había donde aparcar, así que nos ha venido perfecta, y aunque no está en el mismo edificio a tan solo una calle. Negative: No tengo nada que decir

Court séjour agréable Positive: Le lieu est calme et agréable. Tout était propre. L’appartement est bien équipé. Communication avec l’établissement efficace et réactive 👍🏻 Negative: La femme de ménage se présente 15 minutes avant l’heure de la sortie prévue. Rien de dramatique, mais on se sent un peu sous pression

Positive: The location is great. Very close to the center and ocean. Definitely helpful to have the garage, as parking is very difficult in that area. The communication with the staff was very good and always quick and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. The washing machine was very convenient. The size was perfect for us and everything was clean Negative: The access street to the apartment was closed due to construction works, which was not communicated by the owner. It cost us some time to figure out that we can't reach the apartment by car. The link to a video showing which parking spot to use in the garage was not provided in the beginning, which led to confusion and we parked wrong at first. The apartment is very humid, which you can feel and smell. The sofas in the living room need to be replaced. They are old, covered with blankets and we did not feel comfortable using them. We had some little ants or something in the kitchen. The owner sent someone to clean on the same day. But the insects appeared again by the end of our stay. We informed the cleaning staff at checkout.

Positive: Great location, easy check-in, there was a capsule coffee mashine, whoch was a nice plus for me Negative: Moldy smell and difficult ventilation, because the bedroom windows go to small inner yard. Also, the hot water runs out like in a minute, it was difficult to use the shower.
