Positive: Дуже розкішний вид з номеру Negative: все дуже старе, стільці на кухні ледб тримались, дуже затхлий сморід у номері, було трошкі не комфортно, і не працював ліфт, ми могли деклька раз ходили, і туди сюда по цім сходам це дуже не комфортно, з нами на поверху жила якась іспанська бабуся - жалілася мені щодо сходів...

Descuidado y con una humedad terrible Positive: Las vistas Negative: Olor terrible de humedad en el apartamento las paredes de la habitación con manchas de humedad las cortinas sucias y con manchas de lo que parecía sangre. Ascensor roto y 90 escalones para salir del edificio y sin posibilidad para aparcar y llevar maletas desde el coche y con 90 escalones es un reto que no nos informaron, el edificio en general muy descuidado, antiguo y con signos de no haber arreglado nada en años .

Fabulous views and great apartment. Positive: Lovely bright, spacious apartment, with a fantastic balcony looking out over the ocean. Negative: The only negative was there were no towels in the apartment, so we bought our own. This however seems to have been an oversight as we were asked where the towels were when we left. So I would assume the apartment usually has guest towels in it. The only other thing to be aware of, the apartment is access by a lift, however there are a few steps once the lift reaches it last floor. So if stairs are a problem for you, this may not be the correct place for you.

Beautiful Holiday Positive: Absolutely brilliant stay at Ocean Cliffs. Communication was excellent prior to arrival right the way through, and beyond our stay. We were met by a very friendly Nester, who walked us to our beautiful apartment that we absolutely loved. The view and the sound of the waves was a continued welcomed treat; perfect for resting the mind! We were at the wrong time of year for direct sunshine on the balcony but it did not matter. The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean, comfortable and the washing machine and hair dryer was a welcome. The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk to Lá Paz where there are plenty of nice, lively, friendly restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy and supermarket. Close to buses which travel regularly to Santa Cruz if travellers are needing buses around and beyond Peurto De Lá Cruz. Peurto De Lá Cruz itself is 10 minutes walk from the apartment. We were sad to leave; we had a brilliant time and we are so grateful to Ocean Rentals for their hospitality and support. Thank you to all staff, and we would highly recommend Ocean Cliffs and would definitely return if we were to visit Lá Paz again, which of course, we would! Negative: Going home!
