Positive: La ubicacion es lo mejor y la infraestructura del apartamento. Moderno y nuevo. Las sabanas estaban limpias y a la cocina no le faltaba un detalle. La terraza es ideal. Negative: La terraza estaba sucia no podiamos ni sentarnos en los sillones, los cojines muy sucios. Tuve que barrer el suelo para poder salir. Al llegar pusimos hora estimada a las 17h. Llegamos a las 16.20 y no pudimos entrar hasta las 17.00h.

Positive: Location is perfect and flat also is good BUT it should be handled by PROFESSIONAL TEAM CLEANING AND SUPPLY TEAM Negative: Greedy hosts, dusty flat! I wish everyone who works for this company Ocean Rentals to have exactly same level of professionalism when you ve traveling and be treated like you did your customers (travellers) 🥲 I rarely leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one — and not in a good way. Let’s start with the basics, which were completely neglected. The flat was dusty and poorly cleaned. We found literal dust clouds with hair near the bed and behind the doors — it was honestly disgusting. This isn’t a minor oversight; it shows a total lack of care.🤬 Even worse, there were no essential supplies. No single laundry products, 1 garbage bag for whole week, no dishwashing supplies and only two rolls of toilet paper for a group staying an entire week. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s unacceptable. When we raised this issue, the staff responded quickly, but instead of fixing anything, they brushed it off with a ridiculous comment suggesting maybe we had “an allergy.” 😅Completely unhelpful and dismissive. The check-in process was ok because they provided correct door code but the rest is a total mess. Instructions were unclear and partially wrong (no physical key was actually there, but we searched all flat for that) and the Wi-Fi password wasn’t even properly provided. We had to call, message, and follow up multiple times just to get connected. For something so basic, this level of disorganization is frustrating. To make things worse, the bathroom door hanger was broken. We reported it as soon as we noticed, and — unsurprisingly no one did anything about it. To be fair, the location is excellent — right on the first line by the ocean. However, be aware that it gets very loud in the mornings, so don’t expect much rest. The flat itself is nicely designed at first glance, but that’s where the positives end. It’s clearly not maintained.

Positive: La ubicación es buena porque a pesar de estar en el centro turístico con bares y hoteles, el ruido acababa a una hora prudente. La cama era cómoda y grande. Supermercados, parada de taxi y variedad de restaurantes cercanos. Negative: No había apenas nada en el apartamento, ni artículos de baño siquiera. Fue imposible contactar con los anfitriones de otra manera que no fuera por mensaje por Booking porque no contestaban al teléfono.

leuk, goed voorzien en ruim appartement dicht bij de kust en boulevard Positive: locatie was conform verwachting en beschrijving nagenoeg direct bij de kust, ruim balkon met zicht op zee Negative: uitdaging om parkeerplekken dichtbij te vinden, wel ruime gratis parkeerplek op 1km beschikbaar. Geen direct zicht op zee vanuit het appartement (wel op foto's)

Expensive for a small apartment. Positive: Location even if somewhat noisy. Negative: This apartment is 40sq m with a terrace - not 65sq m as stated.
