Attenzione: si rischia di restare fuori al check-in!!! Positive: La vista dall'alloggio è davvero suggestiva in quanto l'alloggio si trova al sesto piano dell'edificio ed è praticamente a picco sul mare. L'arredamento è moderno e pulito. Il parcheggio è comodo e abbastanza grande per permettere di trovare sempre posto. Negative: Il principale problema è stata la procedura di check-in, sinceramente inconcepibile per una struttura turistica! Siamo arrivati di sera e, aprendo la cassetta delle chiavi, non c’era nessuna chiave all’interno, quindi siamo rimasti fuori fino a quando siamo riusciti a fatica a contattare la gestione, peraltro in una zona con scarsa copertura telefonica! Ci è stato spiegato che utilizzano la stessa cassetta delle chiavi per due appartamenti e che probabilmente altri ospiti avevano preso le chiavi per errore!!! È un sistema poco professionale, poco sicuro e del tutto evitabile! La cosa più preoccupante è che, dopo l’accaduto, abbiamo controllato recensioni precedenti e abbiamo visto che questo stesso problema era già stato segnalato nel 2024, quindi non sembra un episodio isolato ma una situazione nota che non è stata risolta! Riteniamo che un problema del genere, legato direttamente all’accesso all’alloggio, non dovrebbe continuare a verificarsi! Inoltre, la configurazione dell’ingresso lascia parecchi dubbi sull’organizzazione dell’alloggio. Inserendo il codice della porta principale ci si trova in un piccolo ingresso comune dal quale si accede a due porte separate, una per l’appartamento A e una per l’appartamento B. La sensazione è che in origine fosse un unico appartamento successivamente diviso in due unità distinte. Non sappiamo se sia effettivamente così, ma questo potrebbe spiegare l’utilizzo di un’unica cassetta delle chiavi per entrambe le sistemazioni. In ogni caso, per l’ospite la gestione risulta poco chiara e non funzionale. Un ulteriore elemento che aumenta la confusione riguarda l’impianto elettrico, che si attiva inserendo una tessera dell’Hotel Meliá. Anche questo dettaglio dà l’impressione di una gestione poco chiara e improvvisata, oltre a far sorgere dubbi sulla reale configurazione e organizzazione dell’alloggio...

Overall, the stay was pleasant and the place is truly beautiful. There are a few small details that could be improved, b Positive: The location of the apartments is truly impressive — the views are incredible and the surroundings are very beautiful. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy the ocean and nature. We would also like to thank you for the nice bonus — a bottle of wine. We arrived very late and didn’t have time to buy any at the store, so this was a really pleasant surprise. The wine was delicious, and this small detail definitely improved our overall impression of the stay. When I asked for an extra blanket with clean bedding, it was brought very quickly, which we really appreciated. The apartments also have Wi-Fi and it works well. Negative: When entering the apartment, there was a strong unpleasant smell, which unfortunately creates a bad first impression. It would be great if this could be addressed. Some basic things were also missing, such as dishwashing supplies, a clean kitchen cloth, and a sufficient amount of shampoo and soap. It would also be helpful to provide more clean towels, including kitchen towels. During our stay it was quite cold inside the apartment, as there is no heating, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Another issue was that the electricity was turned off about two hours before our checkout without any prior notice, which caused some inconvenience. It’s also important to know that there is almost no mobile network near the apartments. Because of this, it can sometimes be difficult to contact the administration. It’s better to prepare in advance by taking screenshots of the instructions or keeping all necessary information available offline.

Positive: The view! And the beach :) bathroom, kitchen, sleeping room- everything is perfect 🥰 Negative: It is noisy in the night (the waves)

Terrible management of apartment. Positive: Location and view. Service booking for help with property. Negative: one of the worst experiences in my life. when checking in there were workers on the balcony who didn't even plan to leave and were rude. after reporting to the company that manages this accommodation, only 2 options were offered: either cancel the booking and get a refund or a 10% refund. calls to the Booking service helped to get a 15% refund only at the end of the trip. the management of the company that provided this accommodation didn't even send a cleaner to remove all the dirt from the workers.

Positive: Beautiful sea view from apartment as well as you can see Teide with snow on the top and enjoy daily breakfast view there. Negative: big waves make noise, but we got used to it within a few days
