Teneriffa im Februar Positive: Tolle Lage, sauber und modern Negative: Innenhof mit müll

Not worth the price Positive: The only redeeming aspects were the fantastic location in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz and the beautiful view. Also, communication with the staff was fast. Sadly, the rest of the stay was a huge disappointment, not worths its money, especially for anyone needing reliable internet or comfy conditions. Negative: We booked this accommodation after checking the reviews, some of which mentioned unreliable Wi-Fi and water leakage in the shower. Before booking, we contacted the host to confirm these issues still exist or not. They assured us that the water leakage problem had been fixed and promised to check the Wi-Fi, saying they would send a speed test. I repeatedly asked the host for the Wi-Fi results, but they never delivered, only assured that Wi-Fi connection is stable. However, after we arrived, things quickly went wrong. Once inside, we immediately noticed the water leakage problem was still there—every shower flooded the bathroom floor. Worse, the Wi-Fi was essentially unusable; even though we were connected, pages wouldn’t load, forcing us to pay extra for mobile data. When I confronted them about the false assurances, they said a repairman would come to fix the shower asap—but by then, it was too late. I had specifically asked them to ensure everything was resolved beforehand so I wouldn’t waste my time waiting for the repairman during my stay. On top of that, the bedroom air felt stale—there was a window, but it didn’t bring in fresh air, so the apartment felt stuffy. Additionally, the check-in was inconvenient, as we discovered the key box was a 15-minute walk from the apartment. All in all, wouldn’t book this apartment again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until the issues are fixed.

Positive: Die Lage ist einmalig und entschädigt absolut für die mangelhafte Ausstattung. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt. Immer wieder flog die Sicherung raus, bis wir begriffen, dass entweder der Herd oder der Wasserkocher oder der Heizlüfter benutzt werden können, aber nur eine Sache auf einmal.. Die Situation in der Dusche ist so, dass, egal, wie sehr man aufpasst, das Wasser in den Raum läuft. Konnte nur mit zwei Bodentüchern, die wir gekauft und vor die Dusche gelegt haben, eingedämmt werden. Eindeutig zuwenig Handtücher und zuwenig Toilettenpapier. Eine Überprüfung durch den Vermieter wäre dringend geboten.
