Positive: Polecam z całego serca! ❤️ Lokalizacja jest absolutnie rewelacyjna — dosłownie w sercu Puerto de la Cruz. Wszystko, co potrzebne (restauracje, sklepy, plaża, promenada) jest dosłownie kilka minut spacerem. Mimo że apartament znajduje się na trzecim piętrze w budynku bez windy, absolutnie nam to nie przeszkadzało. Jesteśmy trzema dorosłymi osobami i te schody to była dla nas drobnostka, zwłaszcza przy tak świetnej lokalizacji. Sam lokal jest bardzo przestronny i jasny. Duży, komfortowy salon z aneksem kuchennym to idealne miejsce na wspólne spędzanie czasu. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, a trzy oddzielne sypialnie dają ogromną swobodę — spokojnie mogłoby się tu zmieścić nawet 5 osób. Dwie łazienki to dodatkowy ogromny plus, szczególnie przy dłuższym pobycie. Apartament jest czysty, zadbany i bardzo przytulny. Od razu czuliśmy się jak w domu. Świeże ręczniki, pościel i podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni — wszystko na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Zdecydowanie wrócimy!

Correcto Positive: Es un piso amplio, con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y espaciosas zonas comunes con balcón, por lo que permite alojar a un grupo cómodamente. Los dormitorios dan al interior de manera que aunque está céntrico y en zona de ocio, se descansa muy bien. Les regamos las plantas que hay muchas. Todo correcto. Negative: Nunca hubo contacto humano. A las 11 am cerramos la puerta y nos dimos cuenta de que dejamos algo y ya no podíamos entrar, no dejaron ni 15 minutos de cortesía. Limpieza justita. Productos del hogar justitos: sólo 1 pastilla de lavaplatos para varios días 5 personas, sólo 2 rollos de papel higiénico, nada del gel de ducha, "servilletas de bar" pequeñitas y amontonaditas en la cocina... Un piso que sería una buena casa pero que se alquila en vacacional con ínfulas. Resuelve por amplitud y localización pero sin más.

Nice apartment, but maintenance needs to be really improved. Positive: Nice apartment, with very stylish design, very spacious, good location close to the center. Negative: The management company was kinda there but not really helpful - neither in the information (the check-in instructions were minimal, yeah we got the key, but we had to figure out on our own where the washing machine is (upstairs in a separate room) and how exactly the lock link works (for some reason it didn't work on my wife's phone). Also the power breaker switches were coming off all the time if you try putting the kettle on while the dishwasher is working (or sometimes even without an apparent reason), and after you turn the breaker back on the boiler didn't restart automatically, so one morning we had no hot water until we figured out the process. The management company was very slow to respond and well not particularly helpful - they said a maintenance guy came in, but we didn't see anyone and it wasn't fixed anyway. Also on our last night we were woken up by the neighbour from below who said our apartment was leaking water into theirs. It was dry in ours but oh well, the water mains were turned off anyway so next morning we had to leave without showers and coffee.
